A little background about Ian:
I love playing music and I love passing the knowledge of music down to you. My journey as a musician started 19 years ago when my parents took me to see the band KISS for the very first time. It was that show that convinced me I wanted to be a musician, and it was Christmas that same year that Santa delivered me my first guitar. There was no turning back. I have since studied many genres of music including Rock, Funk, R&B and Jazz, and immersed myself in every musical class I could while growing and studying. It was 13 years ago when I started my first band in high school and I have been playing in bands ever since. Currently I play in two bands, Loud Life and Shirlee Temper, and have an AA in Music Industry Studies. I started teaching guitar, bass, and drums 4 years ago and love every minute of it. Learning from me means you are keeping the dream alive.
